The Clarify Call Recorder captures your meetings automatically—no setup, no stress.
✅ What It Does
Clarify’s Call Recorder automatically records Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meetings—without requiring any manual configuration.
Once enabled, the recorder will:
- Detect meetings from your calendar with a supported conferencing link.
- Join the meeting and begin recording automatically.
- Save recordings in your workspace, following your team or personal settings.
🔑 Prerequisites
To make the recorder work seamlessly:
- You must connect your calendar to Clarify.
- The meeting must have a valid conferencing link (Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams).
That’s it—no need to invite a bot or remember anything else.
🎯 Zoom Integration (Optional, but Recommended)
For deeper Zoom integration—such as accessing cloud recordings or joining meetings with enhanced permissions—set up Zoom OAuth.
💻 Prefer to Record Locally?
We also offer a Local Recorder that lets you record directly from your machine, with no cloud joining required.

The recorder behavior follows your workspace and personal settings. You can customize:

- Whether recordings are shared automatically
