Meeting recording settings

Tailor your Clarify call recorder settings to fit your needs and ensure that Clarify has the rich context from meeting it needs to provide intelligent services.

Clarify comes out of box with a powerful meeting recorder that can record calls across Google hangout, zoom and other channels.

One of the ways that Clarify can help save you time and update itself automatically is by listening to your calls, transcribing this data into a structured format, and then updating deals, companies and people on your behalf.

By default, our call recorder is not enabled and you must enable it from the Settings menu in the left hand corner of the side bar.

In settings, you can navigate to Meetings > Recordings.

There you will see three options: all, external only or none.

There are three options to choose from when selecting your meeting settings.

Clarify recommends selecting "External only" as this is the right balance between recording your sales meetings, while keeping important, private and sensitive meetings out of your CRM.

However, some businesses like to have all their meeting data in one place and to utilize Clarify for more than just a CRM. In these cases, All represent a better option.
