The workspace description helps Clarify deeply understand your business and tailor intelligent features, automations and workflows to save you time.
Clarify works much better when we have context about your business. This context is stored in the "Workspace description" block inside settings.
We utilize this information to deeply understand your business, how it operates, what it sells, how it sells, its values and more. Collectively, this information makes up the context map that we use to power many features inside Clarify, including automatic deal detection, meeting prep and follow up and more.
By understanding your business in your words, from you, we are better able to tailor the CRM outputs to match what we think is relevant to you.
Every onboarded customer should input a workspace description.
The best workspace descriptions include sections such as an overview, company vision, core features, benefits to customers, target audience or customers, technology or how it works, integrations, and a team and culture review.
