Troubleshooting and debugging

In Clarify, you’re able to access run history for every workflow run. This allows you to troubleshoot and debug more easily if there is a failure.

Runs

Every published workflow in Clarify has a detailed runs log that you can access via the three dots on the top right of the workflow screen.

On the runs screen, you’ll see the following:

  1. A history of runs, their time, and a pass/fail designation
  2. The steps the run went through, which you can click into.
  3. Once you click into a step, this will show you the unique data passed in each step.

Debugging

If a workflow fails, we recommend digging into the run log for any discrepancies. If you can’t spot any, or if you think it’s a bug, reach out to us on Slack or email us at support@getclarify.ai
