Clarify works much better when it has context about your business. Add this information in the "Workspace description" section in Workspace settings.
Clarify uses this information to understand your business - how it operates, what it sells, how it sells, and its values. This context powers many features including automatic deal detection, meeting prep, and follow-up.
Every customer should complete a workspace description.
The best workspace descriptions include:
- Company overview
- Vision and values
- Core features or services
- Benefits to customers
- Target audience
- Technology or how your product works
- Key integrations
- Team and culture information

Enable deal suggestions and summary
Deal suggestions:
Automatically detect and create deals from your emails, calendar, and meetings. Add custom instructions for what should or shouldn't be considered a deal. When enabled, Clarify suggests and creates deals for you, saving manual work.
You can customize what Clarify considers a deal. For example:
- Software companies might exclude VCs if they're not ideal customers
- Some companies might exclude vendors who aren't potential customers
Deal summaries:
Customize deal summaries by adding instructions now how to be present the summary. Provide guidance on preferred format, tone, specific questions to be answers and any additional detail to ensure the summary provides relevant insights.
Field updates:
Based on email communications and meeting recordings, Clarify will look to identify and automatically update deal stage, amount and close date.

Within the Deal intelligence and Meeting intelligence settings there is the ability to enable or disable these features. Updating the Intelligence settings will impact all users within the account.
