Tasks

Tasks help you track action items and move deals forward.

Clarify automatically creates tasks from recorded meetings and you can manually create tasks for deals.

Where to find your tasks

You'll see tasks in several places throughout Clarify:

  • Home page - Shows overdue and today's tasks
  • Tasks page - Shows everyone's tasks (available from the navigation bar)
  • Meeting pages - Shows tasks created from that specific meeting
  • Deal pages - Shows tasks linked to that deal

Each task shows:

  • Status - How the task is progressing
  • Priority - Whether it's important or urgent
  • Due date - When it needs to be completed
  • Assignee - Who's responsible for completing it
Creating a task

You can comment on tasks just like other objects in Clarify. This lets you collaborate and coordinate with your team without leaving the platform.

Manual task creation

You can manually create tasks using the add task button on your Tasks page

Deal-specific tasks

Tasks automatically link to deals when meeting participants are related to that deal. This helps you track all the work being done to support each deal.
