When you finish a discovery call or product demo, publish the Meeting to share the recording, summary, and transcript with people who don't have Clarify access - buying committees, internal stakeholders, or customers reviewing an implementation call.
đĄ Publishing is not the same as sharing. Publishing creates a public link that anyone can open, with no Clarify account needed. To give specific teammates access inside your workspace instead, use the Share tab in the same Share menu. Publishing grants no access inside Clarify on its own. See Sharing and permissions.
What gets shared
Publishing generates a unique public URL. Anyone with the link can view the page - no account or login required.
Included:

Who can publish
Only people who already have access to the Meeting record in Clarify can publish or unpublish it - this keeps control over what leaves the workspace with the team that has visibility into the meeting.
Limitations
Published pages aren't indexed by search engines
There's no way to restrict a published link to specific viewers or require a password - anyone with the URL can open it
Publishing and unpublishing both require existing access to the Meeting record - there's no separate sharing permission
