How it works
When enabled in your workspace's Intelligence → Email intelligence settings, Auto nudge continuously reviews your recent emails and creates tasks for those that may require follow-up.
Scope
Auto nudge looks at emails you’ve received in the last 3–7 days.
It checks whether the message has been replied to.
It focuses only on emails where you’re the primary recipient and that are linked to active deals — excluding CCs, BCCs, or unrelated messages.
Creation
For messages it identifies that might need you to follow up — such as an unanswered question or a note you said you’d respond to — it will create a Nudge if you have not sent a reply within 3 days. Nudges appear in:
Your Notifications inbox
Your Home screen task list
Each Nudge includes:
A short summary of the email thread
An AI-generated draft you can edit and send directly from Clarify
Completion
Nudge tasks close automatically:
If you send a reply to the identified email (from Clarify or your email client), the Nudge task is marked as Done.
If you don’t take action within 7 days of the original message, Clarify will mark it as Canceled to maintain task hygiene.
Settings
You can turn Auto nudge on/off from your workspace's Email Intelligence settings.

Yes. Credits are consumed when a Nudge is created with an AI-generated draft ready to send. Sending the reply itself does not consume credits. You can see how many credits have been consumed by Auto nudge on your workspace's Billing page.
Can I turn Auto nudge off?

Yes. Go to Settings → Intelligence → Email Intelligence → Auto nudge and toggle it off. No new Nudges will be created for any members of your workspace once it’s disabled.
