Clarify's meeting intelligence has several main features that work together to help you prepare for, update, follow up and ask questions about your meetings, automatically.

ℹ️ All meeting intelligence features consume credits, except Ask.

Meeting Briefings

Meeting briefing

Before external meetings, Clarify writes a Meeting Briefing with context to help you prepare. The briefing includes information from emails, previous meetings, related deals, and the internet.

Briefs are created and viewable about 72 hours before each meeting.

Where to find briefs:

  • Meeting pages

  • Daily briefing email (sent every morning)

Meeting summaries

Meeting summary

When meetings are recorded with a Clarify recorder, the meeting will be automatically recapped shortly after, and appear on the meeting record as a Summary. The summary uses your meeting transcript plus historical context to create a summary.

Meeting summary only works for meetings recorded by Clarify (bot recorder or local recording)

Where to find meeting summaries:

  • Meeting pages

  • Email sent to meeting participants

Ask your Meeting

Once your meeting is recorded in Clarify, you'll see an option to Ask questions about your meeting. On the tab beside your summary, there's an option to Ask Clarify questions about your meeting to quickly pull out specific details or insights.

When on the Ask tab, some standard questions will be shown, and there's also a open field below these questions where you can ask any question about that meeting.

Automatic task creation

Automatic task creation

When meetings are recorded with a Clarify recorder, Clarify creates tasks for action items discussed during the call.

Automatic task creation only works for meetings recorded by Clarify (bot recorder or local recording).

Where to find tasks:

  • Home page (under Daily briefing)

  • Tasks page

  • Linked to deals (if meeting participants are related to a deal)

Meeting Intelligence credit usage

You can find the settings to toggling on/off meeting intelligence for Briefings and Summaries and tasks, and also change the settings for the task creation (External, All or none), under Settings > Workspace > Intelligence.
