When you finish a discovery call or product demo, sharing the video recording, AI-generated summary, and transcript with other stakeholders who do not have access to your Clarify is quick and easy.

Publish meetings to a public web link

This is particularly powerful for:

  • Prospect follow-up: Share discovery or demo recordings directly with buying committees

  • Internal alignment: Give stakeholders access to customer conversations without workspace invites

  • Client collaboration: Provide customers with recordings of implementation or strategy sessions

How published meetings work

When you publish a Meeting, Clarify generates a unique public URL that you can share with anyone. The published Meeting page displays all essential information in a clean format, requiring no account creation or login.

What gets shared:

  • Meeting details

    • Title

    • Date and time

    • Attendees

    • Description

    • Summary

  • Meeting recording

    • Video (downloadable)

    • Transcript (searchable)

What stays private:

  • Notes

  • Activity feed

  • Comments

  • Meeting brief

Publishing and managing meetings

To publish a meeting:

  1. Navigate to any Meeting record in Clarify

  2. Click Share in the top-right of the Meeting page

  3. Click Publish under the Publish tab

Managing published meetings:

  • Published Meetings show a green Published label on the record page in Clarify

  • You can unpublish a published Meeting at any time

  • If you republish a Meeting later, it uses the same public link as before

  • Published Meeting pages are not indexed by search engines for privacy

Access control: Only users who already have access to a Meeting record in Clarify can publish or unpublish it. This ensures your team maintains control over what gets shared externally.

Use it in action

Imagine you just finished a discovery call with a promising prospect. Instead of trying to summarize the conversation in a follow-up email, you can publish the Meeting and send them the link. They get access to the full recording, can search through the transcript for specific topics, and can share the AI-generated summary with their decision-making team.
