Invite your team to Clarify, assign roles, and manage who has access to your workspace.
Inviting members
Only workspace admins can invite people. Members don't see "Invite members" in the profile menu or the Invite member button in Settings → Workspace → Members, so if you are a member, ask an admin to send the invite.
To invite someone to your workspace:
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left of Clarify
Click "Invite members"
Enter one or more email addresses in the Emails field. Each address becomes its own entry - press Enter, or separate addresses with a comma, semicolon or space. You can also paste a list and it splits into separate addresses.
Click "Send"
Clarify reports each address separately, so one bad address does not stop the rest. Addresses that already belong to the workspace are called out as already a member, and any that fail stay in the field so you can correct and resend them.
The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your workspace.
ℹ️ Inviting someone on another work domain adds that domain to your workspace Company domains automatically, under Settings → Workspace → Email and meetings. Personal email domains are never added, so inviting a Gmail, Outlook.com or iCloud address leaves the list unchanged. Worth knowing before you invite an agency or contractor: Clarify treats everyone on a company domain as internal, which can change what syncs and what gets recorded.
Resending and revoking invitations
Admins can manage pending (unaccepted) invitations from Settings → Workspace → Members:
Resend - Sends the invitation email again to the pending user.
Revoke - Cancels the invitation so the link can no longer be used to join the workspace.
Roles
Clarify has two roles: Admin and Member.
Admins - Full access to Clarify, including admin-only settings and user management. Can invite and remove users, change roles, and manage billing, API keys, and Warehouse settings.
Members - Access to CRM data, meetings, email, lists, workflows, and most workspace settings. Cannot manage billing, workspace-wide API keys, Warehouse settings, or users (invite, remove, or change roles).
To change a user's role, go to Settings → Workspace → Members and select their new role. Only Admins can change roles.
For full details on what each role can do, see User roles.
Removing a user
Admins can delete users from the workspace:
Find the user and click the Remove (trash) icon, then confirm
Deleted users are soft-deleted and can be restored by contacting support.
Default roles
Existing workspaces: All users were set to Admin when roles launched. Adjust from Settings → Workspace → Members.
New workspaces: The workspace creator is an Admin. All invited users default to Member.
FAQ
FAQ
We've changed our email domain, how do I switch that in my workspace?
If your IT admin renamed your existing Google or Microsoft account, your Clarify sign-in follows it automatically the next time you log in. You only need to disconnect and reconnect your email and calendar from Connectors.
Before teammates start signing in with the new domain, contact support so we can set your workspace up to accept it. Having the domain listed under Company domains doesn't do this. Until then, anyone on the new domain who signs up without an invite gets a separate, empty workspace instead of joining yours. If that has already happened, contact support and we'll get them into your main workspace.
If you're moving to a different account, add it as a new user:
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left, click "Invite members", and invite your new address. Only admins see "Invite members", so if you are a member, ask an admin to send the invite. Accept the invite from that inbox.
In Settings → Workspace → Members, change the new user's role to Admin. Invited users join as Members, and Clarify won't remove a workspace's only admin.
Sign in with the new address and connect your email and calendar.
Remove the old user from Settings → Workspace → Members.
Clarify treats the new address as a different person, so a few things stay with the old user:
Emails and meetings the old user synced. Under the default Participants only visibility, the new user won't see them. Switching Settings → Workspace → Email and meetings → Access to Everyone only shares emails and meetings synced after the change - existing ones keep the audience they already have.
Agents the old user created are switched off when the old user is removed, and tasks assigned to them stay assigned to the old user.
Email signature and scheduling link - add these again under Settings → Account → Preferences.
Personal API keys and Claude or ChatGPT connections - set these up again under the new user.
Records, lists and deals are shared across the workspace and aren't affected.
To keep your email and meeting history (any paid plan): after the new user has joined and before you remove the old one, sign in as the old user, open Settings → Account → Email and meetings → Access, choose Custom, and add the new user for both emails and meetings. The new user keeps that access after the old user is removed.
