Logging in and account basics

How to sign up, log in, switch workspaces, manage your account settings, and troubleshoot access issues in Clarify.

This article covers how to sign up, log in, switch between workspaces, and manage your Clarify account.


Sign up

Go to app.clarify.ai and select Sign up. You can sign up with Google or with your work email.

If your company already has a Clarify workspace with domain-restricted sign-up enabled, you'll be prompted to join that workspace instead of creating a new one.


Log in

Go to app.clarify.ai and choose your sign-in method. Clarify supports Google OAuth and email/password.


Log in with SSO

SSO login is available on the Growth plan. If your workspace has SSO configured, you'll see the option at login. Contact your workspace admin if you're unsure whether SSO is enabled.


Switch workspaces

If you're a member of more than one Clarify workspace, switch between them from the left sidebar. Click your workspace name at the bottom-left to see all workspaces and switch instantly.

Each workspace has its own connected accounts, data, and settings. Your email and calendar connection in one workspace does not carry over to another.


Log out

Click your avatar in the bottom-left of the sidebar and select Log out.


Manage your account settings

Go to Settings > Account to:

  • Connect or disconnect your email and calendar

  • Set your personal recording preferences

  • Update your name and profile photo

  • Change your notification settings

  • Manage your password (if using email/password login)


Troubleshooting access issues

Can't log in?

  • Use the same sign-in method you used when you signed up (Google or email)

  • If using Google, make sure you're selecting the correct Google account

  • Clear your browser cache and try again, or try a different browser

Forgot your password?
On the login page, click Forgot password to receive a reset link by email.

Got invited but the link isn't working?
Invitation links expire. Ask your workspace admin to resend the invite from Settings > Workspace > Manage members.

Account locked or suspended?
Contact support at [email protected] with your email address and workspace name.


FAQ

Can I be in more than one workspace?
Yes. You can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them. Each workspace is separate β€” data doesn't sync between them.

Can I change the email address on my account?
Not currently from within the app. Contact support at [email protected] to request an email change.

How do I remove myself from a workspace?
Go to Settings > Workspace > Manage members, find your name, and select Leave workspace. If you're the only admin, assign another admin first.

Is there a mobile app?
Not currently. Clarify is available as a web app at app.clarify.ai and as a macOS desktop app.
