Subscription details
Your specific plan details — including your included credits, on-demand credit settings, and credit reset date — are always available in Settings > Workspace > Billing inside the app.

Your 14-day trial
All new Clarify workspaces include a 14-day trial with access to Growth plan features and 5,000 credits.
At the end of the trial, your workspace moves to the free plan with 1,000 credits a month. Content you created during the trial is preserved:
Custom objects you built remain in your workspace
Active campaigns continue running
A prompt to upgrade stays visible in the sidebar until you select a plan. To compare plans and upgrade, go to Settings > Workspace > Billing.
Changing your plan
Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Billing to see your current plan information at the top of the page.
To upgrade from Free to Starter:
Click "Upgrade plan"
Select the Starter plan
Complete checkout through Stripe
Your new plan applies immediately, and credit usage resets

Annual billing
To pay annually and save 20%, go to Settings > Workspace > Billing, select Annual from the toggle at the top of the Plans section, then click Upgrade.
Annual billing is not available on the Free plan.
ℹ️ Taxes are calculated and charged at checkout based on your billing address.

Click "Manage Plan" from the billing page to:

Cancel your subscription
When you cancel, you keep benefits until the end of your billing period, then return to the Free plan. A final invoice is generated at the end of the billing period for any on-demand credits consumed.
Viewing and downloading Invoices
Invoices are emailed each month automatically. You can also access them anytime:
1. Go to Settings > Workspace > Billing
2. Click "Manage Plan"
3. In the dashboard, click "Invoice History"
4. Download any past invoice as a PDF
Past-due payments
If your workspace has a past-due payment, a persistent banner appears in the sidebar. Workspace admins will see an Update payment button that opens the Stripe billing portal directly — no need to navigate through settings. Resolving the payment removes the banner.
How on-demand credits work
ℹ️ Usage alerts: You'll receive email notifications at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your credit allowance.
On-demand credits allow you to continue using Clarify after your included monthly credits are consumed. When enabled, usage continues at a per-credit rate instead of pausing.
You can toggle on-demand credits on or off in Settings > Workspace > Billing. For your current per-credit rate and included credits, check your billing page in the app.
ℹ️ On-demand credits are off by default. If you haven't changed this setting, all credit-consuming features will pause when your monthly credits run out - no unexpected charges.
On-demand credits are not available on the Free plan.
On-demand spend limit
When on-demand credits are enabled, you can cap how much you spend per billing period. In Settings > Workspace > Billing, enter a dollar amount in the On-demand spend limit field. Once that amount is reached, on-demand credits stop and features pause for the rest of the period. Leave the field empty for no limit.
Credit usage projection
The credit usage card includes a cumulative chart view alongside the per-day breakdown. A run-rate projection shows your estimated credit consumption by the end of the billing period based on current usage pace, so you can spot potential overages before they happen.

To estimate your dollar cost, multiply the credit count by your per-credit rate - visible on your billing page.
Advanced Enrichment
Advanced Enrichment fills in contact and company details (email, job title, company size, and more) using live lookups across multiple data sources. It's included on paid plans and runs automatically when records are added or updated, as well as when you re-request enrichment on a record.
Advanced Enrichment uses its own monthly allowance, separate from your credits:
Free - Standard enrichment only (single source)
Starter - 1,000 enrichments per billing period
Growth - 5,000 enrichments per billing period
This allowance is not drawn from your credits, and on-demand credits don't extend it. When you reach it, enrichment pauses until the allowance resets at the start of your next billing period - your credit balance is unaffected.
Your usage this period appears on its own Advanced enrichments card on the billing page, showing enrichments used against your monthly quota - separate from the credit usage breakdown.
Delete Workspace
To permanently delete your Clarify workspace, go to Settings → Workspace → Billing → Delete Workspace. This option is only available to workspace admins.
Before you delete your workspace
Back up any data you need first. Once deleted, the workspace is permanently removed — all records, meetings, recordings, and shared links are gone and all users immediately lose access. This cannot be undone.

Q: My credits ran out before my credit cycle ended, will events that happen between now and then backdate when my new credit cycle begins?
We do not re-run events such as Deal/Meeting Summaries, Tasks etc, however Meeting Prep may re-run if it's still relevant.
