Clarify's standard fields cover common CRM data, but every team tracks different things. Custom fields let you extend People, Companies, and Deals to match your process — lead score, contract tier, renewal date, or any data point your workflow depends on. Field changes are workspace-level — anything you add, hide, or reorder applies to everyone in your workspace.
Create a custom field
Open a People, Companies, or Deals list
Click Fields in the toolbar
Select Create new field at the bottom of the panel
Enter a name and choose a field type
Save
The field is immediately available to add to any list view.
