The shortcut to learn first opens Rep, Clarify's AI assistant: press / from anywhere. Already typing in a field? Press ⌘ J (Mac) or Ctrl J (Windows/Linux) instead - it opens Rep even while you type. Press Esc to close Rep.

Clarify also has shortcuts for the other things you do most - creating records, searching, working with email, and navigating the desktop app. Most actions are one or two keys away.

The fastest way to see every shortcut: press ⌘ / (Mac) or Ctrl + / (Windows/Linux). This opens the shortcuts cheat sheet from anywhere in the app, and lists the main app and record shortcuts. The email and desktop-tab shortcuts below are not on it yet. If you would rather not remember the keystroke, open your profile menu and select Keyboard shortcuts, directly under Get help.

These work anywhere in Clarify.

N creates whatever the page you're on makes - a record on a list, a task on Tasks, a workflow, campaign, note or agent on those pages. It does nothing on pages without a create action.

These apply to the record you have open, or to the rows you've selected in a list.

These work when you open an email from a record.

Reply, Reply all and Forward are available when the email can be answered from your connected account.

These are available in the Clarify desktop app only.

Quick Record and Open spotlight work even when Clarify isn't focused, so they trigger from any app. Change either shortcut under Settings → Account → Desktop app, where they're listed as Use command search and Use Quick Record shortcut.
