Automatically track deal opportunities, maintain summaries, update deal fields and ask questions about your deals.

Deal intelligence helps you spend less time updating and managing your deals. Clarify automatically tracks activity on each deal such as meetings and emails, and keeps everyone who needs to know informed about these updates.

Deal summaries

Deal summaries

Deal summaries keep everyone aligned and up to date on the current state of every deal. Summaries are AI enhanced and can be edited manually, and automatically updated by Clarify as updates to that deal, for example emails and meetings, are captured.

How summaries are updated

Clarify writes and updates deal summaries automatically when:

  • Meetings are recorded

  • Emails arrive

  • Comments are written on deal records

Customizing summaries

Summary customization

You can add custom instructions for deal summaries in Settings to:

  • Customize the format

  • Adjust the tone

  • Include specific questions you want answered

  • Add other preferences for how summaries are generated


Deal suggestions

Clarify analyzes meetings, emails, and recent activity associated with companies to suggest new deals when it thinks you should track an opportunity.

A Deal suggestion will appear in your Notifications and when selected, you can accept the suggestion, which will convert this into a Deal, or decline it, which will remove the suggestion.

What triggers suggestions

Clarify looks for these events before suggesting a deal:

  • Emails sent to or received from a company

  • New meetings created with company contacts

  • New comments posted on company records

Configuring suggestions

You can control deal suggestions in settings:

  • Enable or disable deal suggestions, summaries or field updates

Turning deal intelligence on and off
  • Add custom prompts to guide when Clarify detects deals

  • Exclude company segments you're not interested in tracking

For example, you can tell Clarify you're not interested in deals from specific types of companies

After meetings end, comments are added to deals, or emails are sent or received, Clarify detects whether a related deal should be updated. When it finds relevant changes, Clarify suggests updates for deal fields.

This keeps your deal information current without manual effort, ensuring important changes don't get missed.


Ask your Deal

On your Deals, you'll see an option to Ask questions about each Deal. On the tab beside your Deal summary, there's an option to Ask Clarify questions about your Deal to quickly pull out specific details or insights.

When on the Ask tab, some standard questions will be shown and there's also a open field below these questions where you can ask any question about that Deal.
